About these terms
These terms set out the general basis on which you use the TWYA website, submit information to us or take part in our programmes and activities. Additional event, consent or registration terms may apply to a specific activity.
Website information
We aim to keep website information accurate and useful, but programme dates, venues, availability, content and eligibility may change. Where current programme information differs from older website content, TWYA's latest written communication will apply.
Registrations and eligibility
Submitting a registration or enquiry does not automatically guarantee a place. Participation may depend on age, capacity, location, safeguarding requirements, parental consent, suitability and completion of requested information.
Participant information
You are responsible for providing information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Parents and guardians should update TWYA if medical, emergency contact or other relevant information changes.
Behaviour and safety
Participants are expected to follow TWYA's club rules, safeguarding requirements and reasonable instructions. TWYA may restrict or end participation where behaviour creates a significant safety, safeguarding or wellbeing concern.
Photographs and media
TWYA may request permission to use photographs, video or participant stories for appropriate programme, reporting or promotional purposes. Where consent is required, TWYA will rely on the relevant consent choice rather than treating attendance alone as permission.
